Work > Call me
Danish telecommunication company Call me has always been championing “the good connection” between people. At a time when our phones constantly compete for attention, Call me continues to remind us of the value of genuine conversation and human connection. Now Unmute has brought this idea to life through sound.
Sonic branding for two states of mind
We have developed a sonic identity built around two emotional states: reflection and momentum. One invites calm. The other invites action. This duality provides Call me with a flexible sonic toolbox that can move naturally across touchpoints, be suited for multiple purposes and still feel as distinct and cohesive as the visual brand itself.
Authenticity was central to the creative direction. The music was developed using real instruments, organic textures, and expressive human voices - deliberately avoiding overly polished or synthetic shortcuts. The result is warm, tactile, and deeply human.
At the heart of the identity is a new sonic logo. Inspired by the brand name itself, “Call me” becomes a direct invitation: sung through a telephone receiver as a simple, memorable gesture reaching out to the listener. A small moment of humanity in a category often dominated by noise.
